Rides and events
The Cleveland Touring Club sponsors rides throughout the week and on the weekends during the riding calendar. Starting locations are mainly on the eastern side of the city and outlying areas.
Weekday rides are lead by a dedicated team of leaders who make sure that everybody is safe and following the rules of the road. Rides typically begin at 6:30 PM and will occur as long as the weather is fair. Sponsored rides occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights throughout the riding season and may extend further (lights required later in the year). There are rides for everyone from a social "C" pace to those who want to push themselves to the limit.
Weekend rides do not have an official ride leader. Saturday pickup rides run throughout the season with special events taking place throughout the year. Most sponsored rides are scheduled on Sunday mornings and leave from locations around Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties. Riders of all pace are welcome and an effort will be made to ensure that nobody is left riding alone. For more information contact us today.
Occasionally the club will sponsor weekend trips. One such upcoming rides is a tour of the countryside around Franklin, PA. For more information on this ride and other opportunities to go beyond the boundaries of northeastern Ohio check back regularly.
